Moscow, November 10. The representative of the LDPR faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation Roman Khudyakov sent an appeal to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a request to create a Foreign Legion, which can include migrants living in Russia and ready to serve in the ranks of the Russian army.
A copy of the document was also sent to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which, in addition to Russia, includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
